The sales page features six names. The bottle lists 22 in the blend. The 17 on the bottle only are not hidden, since the label prints them, but they are easy to miss, and the cautions for caffeine, licorice and grapefruit apply whether or not the sales page mentions them. The list below walks through each in label order, with the most it could weigh if the list runs from the heaviest to the lightest, which is the standard rule for a proprietary blend.
None of these figures is a measurement of your bottle. They are ceilings from simple arithmetic: 200 mg divided by the place in the list.

The first three places after maca are grape seed, guarana and African mango, so the heaviest names include a caffeine source. The last six names are amino acids and a licorice salt, which the label puts in the lightest places. The ceiling for the final name, L-carnitine, is 9.1 mg, against studied amounts of grams a day, so it is unlikely to matter.

Which names matter most for caffeine?
Guarana in third place, plus green tea in seventh. Neither amount is printed.
Guarana seeds contain caffeine and related compounds. MedlinePlus lists common side effects as nausea and insomnia, and says high amounts can cause vomiting, heart rhythm changes and high blood pressure, and that taking it with other stimulants may add to those effects (MSK, Guarana). People who are pregnant or nursing, or who have anxiety, sleep problems or heart rhythm problems, are told to limit caffeine (MedlinePlus, Caffeine).

What is monoammonium glycyrrhizinate?
It is a salt of glycyrrhizin, the sweet compound in licorice root, and it carries the licorice cautions.
MSK says glycyrrhizin can cause serious effects such as an irregular heartbeat, especially in large amounts or with long use, and that even small amounts have been linked to severe effects in people with high blood pressure or high salt intake (NCCIH, Licorice Root). An 11.1 mg ceiling is small, so a single serving is unlikely to reach those amounts, but the label does not say. People with high blood pressure, heart rhythm problems or low potassium should ask first.
Licorice can add to the effect of water pills and heart rhythm medicines such as digoxin. Tell your prescriber about every supplement on your list.

Why does grapefruit extract matter?
Grapefruit juice can change how the body handles some medicines, including some statins and blood pressure drugs.
FDA explains that grapefruit juice can block an enzyme called CYP3A4 so more of some drugs enters the blood, or affect transporters so less enters (FDA, Grapefruit Juice and Some Drugs). The article is about the juice, and a supplement extract may differ, but the label gives no way to know. If you take a statin, a calcium channel blocker or an immune medicine, ask a pharmacist whether grapefruit matters for your medicine.
The extract sits eleventh, at most 18.2 mg of the 200 mg. We do not say it will interact, only that it is a reason to ask.

What about the amino acids at the end of the list?
Seven of the last eleven names are amino acids or close relatives, and the studied amounts are in grams a day, far above these ceilings.
The NIH fact sheet on supplements for exercise says arginine was studied at 2 to 20 g a day with little to no performance effect, beta-alanine at 1.6 to 6.4 g a day, and that doses of 800 mg or more can cause harmless tingling (NIH ODS, Exercise and Athletic Performance). L-carnitine trials for weight used mostly 1.8 to 4 g a day (NIH ODS, Carnitine). At ceilings from 9 to 14 mg these names are unlikely to act as in those studies.
A product can still list them, because a label does not have to prove an amount matters. For the buyer the lesson is simple: a long list of names does not mean a strong formula, and the weight of each name is what counts.
