SugarReset Batch Verify: Check Your Bottle, Lot and Seller

Quick answer

Check four things: the safety seal, the front and back label, the lot code on the bottle and the seller. The seller supplied a lot reference, SR-26/SU-2633, and a certificate of analysis reference, SR-2633-26-SU. We have not seen the certificate, so these are references, not proof of testing.

Four checks01

How do you check that a bottle is real?

Four checks take two minutes, and none needs a laboratory.

  1. The seal

The label says do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing.

  2. The label

Front: SUGAR RESET, Promotes Metabolic Balance*, 2 fl oz (60 ml). Back: directions, storage, caution, Supplement Facts with a 200 mg blend of 22 names.

  3. The lot

Find the lot code printed on the bottle or carton and write it down.

  4. The seller

Check that you bought through the checkout linked from this site or the official sales page.

If any check fails, do not use the bottle. Contact the order desk with your order ID and photos, and keep the packaging.

Seller references02

What lot and certificate references has the seller given?

The seller supplied one lot reference and one certificate reference. We list them for matching, not as proof.

Seller references for matching
ItemReferenceWhat it is
LotSR-26/SU-2633A lot reference supplied by the seller. Compare with the code on your bottle.
Certificate of analysisSR-2633-26-SUA reference supplied by the seller. We have not seen the document.

A lot code ties a bottle to a batch, so that a problem can be traced. A match between your lot and the seller's reference suggests the bottle belongs to a batch the seller knows. A mismatch does not prove a fake, because batches change. Ask the order desk for the current lot and the document that goes with it.

The certificate03

What should a certificate of analysis show?

A real certificate names the lab, the date, the lot and the results for each tested item.

  • The laboratory name, address and accreditation.
  • The product name and lot code, matching the bottle.
  • Tests run: identity of each blend name, heavy metals, microbes.
  • Results with units, against stated limits.
  • A date, and a signature or report number.

A certificate with a reference number but no document is not enough. You are entitled to ask for the document. If the seller cannot provide one, take that as information.

Counterfeits04

What can a fake look like?

A fake may have a blurry label, a missing or changed panel, a different bottle or a price that is too good to be true.

The FTC advises checking a seller by searching the name with the word complaint or scam, and paying by credit card, which gives the best protection if something goes wrong (FTC, Online Shopping). It also warns that star ratings alone are not reliable, because some reviews are fake. Online marketplaces must disclose information about high-volume third-party sellers (FTC, INFORM Consumers Act), which helps, but a marketplace listing is still not the official route.

Marketplace listings

SugarReset is sold through the checkout linked from this site. A listing on a marketplace or an auction site may not be the same bottle, and may have been stored badly.

Panel match05

What should the panel on your bottle match?

The panel on the bottle should match the one we reproduce in the label walk-through, line for line.

Look for serving size 1 ml, servings per container 60, chromium (as chromium picolinate) 0.7 mcg at 2% Daily Value, and a proprietary blend of 200 mg with 22 names beginning with maca, grape seed and guarana and ending with L-tryptophan and L-carnitine. Look for the other ingredients: glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia extract, xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors.

Compare the printed text with our label walk-through. A difference is worth a photo and an email to the order desk.

After it arrives06

What should you check when the parcel arrives?

Check the box, the seal and the bottle before you sign off on the delivery, and keep the packaging for a few weeks.

Look at the outer box for damage, wet patches or signs that it was opened. Check that the bottle is amber glass with a black dropper, that the cap is sealed and that the label is straight and well printed. If the product arrived warm after a long time in transit, the label asks for storage away from heat, so move it to a cool, dark place at once.

Take a photo of the box, the label and the lot code on the day it arrives. If you later need a refund or want to report a problem, dated photos help a great deal. Write your order ID on the same note, along with the date you opened the bottle, the lot code and the time of the first dose. A tidy record also helps if your pharmacist or doctor asks what you took and when, and it takes only a minute to create. Keep it with your order confirmation email, so everything sits in one place if you ever need to contact the order desk or the pharmacy.

Where to buy07

Why does the seller route matter for authenticity?

A bottle from the official checkout is the one the seller can trace by order ID and lot, and a bottle from elsewhere is not.

The checkout linked from this site, forsugarreset.com, is the route the seller states on its sales page. Our where to buy page explains the route step by step. A product on a marketplace may be real, old, stored badly or fake, and you cannot tell which from the listing. For the same price you can buy through the official route with a stated 60-day guarantee.

If you bought elsewhere and want to check the bottle, apply the four checks above and write to the order desk with photos. They may ask for proof of purchase, and a bottle from an unknown seller may not qualify for the guarantee.

If something is wrong08

What should you do if the bottle looks wrong?

Stop, keep the packaging, take photos and contact the order desk and, if you were harmed, FDA.

  1. Stop using it

Do not use a bottle with a broken seal or a label that does not match.

  2. Photograph

Take clear photos of the front, back, seal and lot code.

  3. Contact the desk

Call +1 (302) 200-3480 or email [email protected] with your order ID.

  4. Report

If you were harmed, report it to FDA through MedWatch (FDA, MedWatch).

Write down what happened and when, and keep the bottle until the case is closed.

Keep your own record as well: photograph the lot code on your bottle, note the date it arrived and save the seller's reply. If you later report a problem to the retailer or to FDA MedWatch, those few details make the report much easier to act on.
