Fact check
Is SugarReset Legit? A Fact Check, Not a Verdict
The company details are real and checkable: a label with a distributor, phone numbers, addresses, an order desk and a stated return address. What is not shown is a study of the product, a certificate we have seen or the amount of each ingredient. Legit does not mean it works, and not proven does not mean a scam.

Two questions01
Is SugarReset legit, or a scam?
Those are two different questions: is the seller real, and does the product do what it is sold to do. We can speak to the first and not the second.
A scam takes your money and gives you nothing, or charges you without consent. We found no sign of that in the materials we read: the sales page states prices, a guarantee and a returns route, and the label names a distributor. We cannot rule out a problem we have not seen, and we cannot place an order on your behalf.
The harder question is whether the claims are fair. The label's one claim is general. The sales page uses stronger phrases about glucose and insulin that no study of the product supports. That is a reason to read carefully, not proof of bad faith.
What we can verify02
What can be checked?
Seven things have a name, a number or an address that you can test yourself.
| Item | Status | How to check |
|---|---|---|
| Label with a distributor and phone | Printed | Compare with your bottle; call +1 (507) 448-8190 |
| Order desk phone and email | Stated by the retailer | Call +1 (302) 200-3480 or email [email protected] |
| Business address | Stated | 345 Park Avenue, Suite 4100, New York, NY 10154, USA |
| Return address | Stated | 55 Water Street, Floor 27, New York, NY 10041, USA |
| Prices and guarantee | Read on October 30, 2026 | Compare with the live checkout (Sales page, forsugarreset.com) |
| A study of the product | None found | Search PubMed for SugarReset |
| A certificate of analysis | Reference only | Ask the order desk for the document |
Call the numbers before you order. A real business answers, and you learn how long it takes.
Claims03
How do the claims score on a fair test?
The label claim passes a basic test. The sales-page phrases do not meet the standard for a health claim.
FDA allows a supplement to say how an ingredient affects normal structure or function, with a disclaimer, and not to say it treats a disease (FDA, Structure/Function Claims). The FTC expects competent and reliable scientific evidence for health claims, usually human trials (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance). “Promotes Metabolic Balance*” is within the first rule. The sales-page phrases about insulin function and glucose levels would need evidence about the product, which we could not find.
We quote them in the claims vs evidence page and say what each rests on.
Ten minutes04
How can you run your own scam check?
Six steps, using only a browser and a phone.
Search the seller
Search the seller name with the words complaint and scam, as the FTC suggests (FTC, Online Shopping).
Call the order desk
Ask about shipping time, refunds and how to cancel.
Read the checkout
Check that the total, shipping and any recurring charge are stated before you pay.
Pay by credit card
Cards give the best chance of recovering money if something goes wrong (FTC, Online Shopping).
Screenshot the terms
Save the price and guarantee text on the day you order.
Keep records
Save the order email, the lot code and delivery photos.
A recurring charge or a pre-ticked box at checkout is a warning sign. The packs described on the sales page are one-time prices, and the checkout should show exactly what you pay.
Complaints05
What do complaints about supplements usually say?
Delivery delays, unexpected charges, refund delays and results that did not appear are the usual ones.
Those themes appear for many online supplement sellers, and none is specific to this product. For delivery and refunds, the order desk and the guarantee terms are the route. For results, the honest note is that none is promised. For unexpected charges, check your card statement and the order email, and dispute through your card issuer if needed.

See packsThe gaps06
What gaps should a careful buyer note?
Five gaps stand out, and each is a fair question to put to the seller.
- The label prints 22 names in the blend and the sales page names six, with no amounts for any name.
- No manufacturer is named on the label, only a distributor.
- No certificate has been seen, only a reference number.
- No bonus or digital product is described on the pack we received, while the sales page lists several; we do not publish them.
- The shipping amount for the 2 bottle pack is not printed.
None of these shows bad faith. Together they show a product that asks for more trust than the documents earn. If you buy, buy with your eyes open, and use the guarantee window to decide.
Name confusion07
Could you be mixing it up with something else?
Yes, easily. Several unrelated things use the words sugar reset, and some have nothing to do with these drops.
A book, a diet plan, a challenge and a guide to cutting sugar all share the phrase, and some searches mix them with this product. A review of a diet plan says nothing about a bottle of drops, and the reverse is also true. If a page praises or attacks something called sugar reset, check which product it means before you let it change your mind.
Our page on name confusion sorts the common cases and says plainly that this product is not affiliated with any of them.
Money08
What protects your money if you do buy?
The stated 60-day guarantee, your card issuer and your own records.
The sales page states a 60-day guarantee, and as we read it a refund request needs at least 30 days of use, with return postage paid by the buyer. Confirm both points on the live page and keep a screenshot. If a charge is wrong or an order does not arrive, your card issuer has a dispute route that works best when you have records and have first tried the seller.
The refund policy page lists the steps in order, with the addresses and the order ID you need.
Bottom line09
So is it worth trying?
That is your call, with a clinician if you take medicine. The seller looks real, and the product is unproven.
- Real: a label, a distributor, an order desk and a stated guarantee.
- Unproven: no study of the product, no amounts for 22 names, no seen certificate.
- Careful: ask first if you take diabetes medicine or a blood thinner.
- Smart: start with the smaller pack, keep records and use the guarantee window.
