Who is behind it
Who Makes SugarReset? Distributor, Retailer and What the Label Names
The back label says “Distributed by Instituto Experience, Lakeland FL 33804” and “Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients”. It does not name the manufacturer. This website is a separate U.S. authorized retailer site and is not the manufacturer or the distributor.

On the label01
What does the label say about who makes it?
Three lines: a distributor, an origin line and a facility line. None names a manufacturer.
| Line | As printed | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|
| Distributor | Distributed by Instituto Experience, Lakeland FL 33804, +1 (507) 448-8190, [email protected] | Who sells it to retailers, not who makes it |
| Origin | Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients | Made in the United States; ingredients come from many countries |
| Facility | This product has been manufactured in an FDA registered facility | The plant is registered with FDA; registration is not approval (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements) |
A distributor is the company that puts its name on the bottle and sells it on. A manufacturer is the company that makes the liquid and fills the bottle. They may be the same, but the label does not say. If you want to know, ask the distributor.
This site02
Who runs this website?
A U.S. authorized retailer. This site gives information and sends orders to the seller's checkout, and it earns a commission on orders.
The site is not the manufacturer and not the distributor named on the label. It is not run by any doctor. Its order desk is the retailer's order desk, reached at +1 (302) 200-3480 or [email protected], and its pages are written from the label and public sources. See about this site and editorial standards.
The commission is the reason for the disclosure on every page. It does not change the facts we print: we print the cautions as we found them and we quote the claims without repeating them.
FDA registration03
What does an FDA registered facility mean?
It means the plant has told FDA it exists and what it makes. It does not mean FDA inspected, tested or approved the product.
Under U.S. law, dietary supplements do not need FDA approval before they are sold, and FDA does not routinely test their contents before sale (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements). Companies must make sure their products are safe and their labels truthful. Facility registration is an administrative step, and a plant on the list may later be inspected for good manufacturing practice, but a registration number says nothing about any given bottle.
We quote the facility line as printed and do not display an FDA mark or badge, since no mark on a bottle or web page is an FDA approval.
Made in the USA04
What does Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients mean?
The finished bottle was made in the United States, and the raw materials came from several countries.
Many supplements use extracts made in Asia, Europe or South America and then blend, fill and label them in the United States. That is legal and common, and the label wording is a fair way to say it. It does not say which countries, which suppliers or which tests were run on the incoming materials.
For a blend that names 22 plant and amino acid sources, the sourcing question is not small. Plant extracts can vary a great deal in strength and can carry heavy metals or pesticide residue if sourcing is poor. A buyer who cares about this can ask for the supplier list and a test report, as the questions in the list below suggest.
Badges05
Why does this site show no quality badges?
Because a badge on a web page is not a certificate, and we cannot check any of them.
Sales pages for supplements often show round marks for GMP, non-GMO, USA or FDA. Some are real certifications from a named third party with a public listing, and some are only pictures. A genuine mark names its certifier and can be looked up. The marks supplied with the sales material for SugarReset name no certifier, so we do not show them.
If a mark is printed on the bottle label itself, we would reproduce it as printed. None that we can read is. The facility line is the only registration claim on the label, and we quote it as it is.
Paper trail06
What documents would settle the question?
Four documents would answer most of it, and a seller who stands behind a product should be able to provide them.
- The name and address of the manufacturer.
- A statement of good manufacturing practice compliance or a recent audit.
- A certificate of analysis naming the tests and the lot.
- The amount of each blend name, as a table.
Until those are public, the safest assumption is that the label is all we know. We list our requests to the seller on the testing and quality page.

See packsWhy it matters07
Why does it matter who makes a supplement?
Because under U.S. law the maker or distributor is the party responsible for safety and truthful labeling, and you need to know whom to hold to that.
FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold. It can act after a product is on the market if it is unsafe or mislabeled, but the first line of responsibility belongs to the company (FDA, FDA 101: Dietary Supplements). When a label names only a distributor, a buyer who has a problem has one clear contact and one unknown. If the distributor is slow to answer, you cannot go to the maker directly.
That is also why we keep our own role clear. This retailer site sells and informs. It cannot answer for what happens inside the plant. When a question is about ingredients, testing or batches, we pass it to the label contact, and we print the answer when we get one.
Questions to ask08
What should you ask the distributor?
Ask for the manufacturer's name and the documents that support the label.
- Who manufactures the drops, and where?
- Does the plant follow current good manufacturing practice, and is there an audit?
- Can you share a certificate of analysis with the amount of each blend name?
- Where are the ingredients sourced, since the label says globally sourced?
- How much does a full dropper hold?
Use the label contact for questions about the product, and the order desk for questions about an order. The two are different companies.
Contacts09
Which contact is for what?
Two sets of contacts exist, and they answer different questions.
| For | Contact | Source |
|---|---|---|
| The product, its makers, ingredients | +1 (507) 448-8190, [email protected] | Back label (distributor) |
| Tracking, changes and refunds on placed orders | +1 (302) 200-3480, [email protected] | The retailer's order desk |
| These web pages, typos, privacy | [email protected] | This site |
Details and hours are on the contact page. Keep in mind that the label contact and the order desk share an email address, so put your order ID or lot code in the subject line to be sure the message reaches the right person.
How to judge10
How much should the company details reassure you?
They show who to call. They do not show that the product works.
A real address, a phone number and an email are signs of a business you can reach, and they matter. But a supplement can have excellent contact details and still have no study behind it. The two questions, who stands behind it and whether it works, are separate, and we answer them separately on the is it legit and claims vs evidence pages.
Before you buy from any online seller, search its name with the word complaint, pay by credit card and keep your order records (FTC, Online Shopping).
