What does the order tell you?
If the label follows the rule, the first names weigh the most and the last names weigh the least.
FDA rules say the names inside a blend should be listed in descending order of weight (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements). That would make Maca the largest part and L-carnitine the smallest. Even so, the whole blend is only 200 mg, so a name near the end could be present at a very small amount.
The average is about 9 mg a name, which is a long way below what many studies of single ingredients used.
Which names deserve a second look?
