Why does that limit what you can say?
Research on an ingredient is tied to a dose, an extract and a group of people.
A trial of green tea extract at several hundred milligrams a day says little about a few milligrams in a blend (Jurgens et al., Cochrane 2012). A trial of chromium at hundreds of micrograms says little about 0.7 mcg (NIH ODS, Chromium). The same goes for the safety side: a liver case linked to concentrated green tea extract (NIH LiverTox, Green Tea) does not tell you the risk from a small share in a drop.
In both directions, the honest answer is that the amount decides, and the amount is unknown.

A table of each name, the extract type and the milligrams per serving.
