What do the top lines say?
Serving size is 1 ml and the bottle holds 60 servings.
These two lines let you check the bottle size: 60 servings at 1 ml each equals 60 ml, which matches the 2 fl oz on the front. They do not tell you the size of a dropper. The label says to take 1 or 2 droppers full, so the link between a dropper and a serving is left to the reader.
The panel is headed Supplement Facts, which marks the product as a supplement under FDA rules (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements).
What do the amounts mean?

What is missing from the panel?
Calories, carbohydrates and sugars are not shown, and the dropper size is not given.
A liquid with stevia and xylitol will usually have some carbohydrate, so a person who counts carbohydrates may want to ask the seller. The panel also does not state the amount of caffeine or the part of each plant used.
