Why does the form matter?
A capsule has a fixed dose and a liquid does not, because each person fills a dropper a little differently.
The label prints a serving size of 1 ml and 60 servings in the 60 ml bottle. It tells you to take 1 or 2 droppers full. If a dropper holds 1 ml, one dropper is one serving and two droppers is double. If a dropper holds more or less, the figures shift in the same proportion.

What do 1 and 2 droppers add up to?
On the assumption of 1 ml per dropper, the totals are easy to work out.

What else changes with drops?
A liquid needs shaking, storage away from heat and a clean dropper.
The label says shake well, keep the bottle away from heat, light and humidity, and not to use it if the safety seal is damaged or missing. The drops also hold glycerin, water, lemon extract, stevia extract, xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors as other ingredients. Xylitol and stevia are sweeteners that make the liquid taste better.
Touching the dropper to your mouth and back into the bottle can add germs. Pour or squeeze into a spoon if you are unsure.
