How to Take SugarReset Drops: Why the Size of the Dropper Matters
The label gives a serving of 1 ml but does not say how much a full dropper holds. If yours holds more or less than 1 ml, your dose is more or less than the panel suggests. Measure your dropper once, and use that to understand what 1 or 2 droppers means for you.

Why is dropper size a problem?
The dose in a liquid is a volume, and the dropper sets the volume.
Droppers vary: some hold 1 ml, some a little less, some more. The label says 1 or 2 droppers full and a serving is 1 ml. If a full dropper were 1.5 ml, two droppers would be 3 ml, which is three times a serving. That would also triple the chromium and blend.
That is a reason to measure and not to guess.
How can you measure it at home?
Use a small kitchen syringe or a measuring spoon.

What should you do with the result?
Follow the label amount, not a number you made up.

Many do not, so you rely on the fill level.
A plain glass dropper with a rubber bulb fills to the point where the glass narrows, and the volume depends on the bulb squeeze. Practise filling it the same way each time, and check the volume over a spoon on the first day.
