What is printed on the bottle?
Printed facts are the firmest layer: the form, the serving, the chromium amount and the blend total.
The bottle says liquid drops, 1 ml per serving, chromium 0.7 mcg and a 200 mg blend. The front claim, “Promotes Metabolic Balance*”, is a general phrase with the standard FDA disclaimer (FDA, Structure/Function Claims). Nothing printed explains a mechanism, and nothing names a disease.
If a page tells you how the drops work in steps, ask where the step-by-step came from. For this product it did not come from the label.

What is unknown?
The amount of each name, how the names interact and what the finished drops do in people.
